• PAT testing for a council in the south west of Wales (a range of council-owned properties)
• Fixed wire testing & PAT testing for an NHS Foundation Trust in Yorkshire
• Fire extinguisher servicing (including sprinklers & dry risers) for a housing association in the south of Wales
• Fixed appliance testing for a college in Lancashire
• Fixed appliance testing for an NHS Foundation Trust in Yorkshire

We are pleased to have moved into our new office on Rotterdam Road, Hull. The new location offers a spacious working environment complete with a board room, multiple directors’ offices, individual working spaces for our Operations/Accounts/Sales/Bid Departments, and working corners for our apprentices. We are pleased to confirm that SS Testing is now an approved Aico Expert Installer. Our electricians have undertaken training scheme provided by Aico to ensure that we have the most up-to-date knowledge on Aico smoke and CO alarms/detectors. The scheme is fully compliant and covers BS5839-6 and Building Regulations for Domestic Fire Alarm Systems. This training signifies that SS Testing electricians have the right knowledge to install domestic fire and Carbon Monoxide alarm systems. SS Testing is pleased to announce that the company has recently been awarded a contract for the replacement of smoke/heat and carbon monoxide detectors within 360 properties in the north-west of England for a local council. Other contracts recently won also include electrical testing (PAT testing, fixed wire testing, and electrical installation) for numerous properties in Edinburgh for a major housing association, as well as a fixed wire testing contract for two college campuses in Surrey. This healthy growth is a good projection of the company’s commitment to both the public and private sector, and we look forward to working with these clients closely.
